The Count and Sinden have recently collaborated with the Mystery Jets to release a new video for their funky track "After Dark".. very chilled! The count is Herve's other alias. This song shows his recent transition between genres.
The ambient electronic/dubstep group Mt Kimbie have released a video for their new track 'Would Know'. Very chilled out sounds and a creative video to match.. check it out

Just got back from Japan... fuck they love their tech house over there, but during the trip I was mainly listening to a lot of heavy electro. Please indulge yourselves...
Corporate Occult - Huoratron (single track)
Corporate Occult EP - Huoratron
Big, heavy and unknown. Get it now!
Pop & Jerk (Clouds Resistance Remix) - Ado
Okay this track is just ridiculous. It drops. You think to yourself 'yeah thats pretty filthy', then the drop builds and it drops further. 'Okay this is huge'.. and then it drops again.

EC$TACY IS GOOD FOR YOU!

'EC$STACY' is made up of Tommie Sunshine and Figure. Whilst Tommie is known for his B-more style beats and Figure for 'Brooklyn's heaviest bass', this new side project see's the two delve into Disco-funk style edits with a big remix on the way. It works really well and although they are labelled as 'Edit's, they could almost pass as whole new tracks. Keep your eyes on these two!

Guess Who's Back?

It's been a while since I've heard anything from one of my favourite DJ/Producing duo's, Jack Beats....but what better time to release a new EP with upcoming Parklife shows in just a few months! I was curious to hear what sound they would be pushing now, since almost everyone seems to be dabbling in Dubstep and Wobble Bass these days.....of which Jack Beats were the unspoken masters.
This time round the duo have gone for a more stripped down approach to the Wobble, instead focusing more on the flow of the tracks, resulting in a more housey vibe. 'Out of Body' is very catchy whilst 'Revolution' uses tripped out bleeps to provide a different kind of mind destruction should you require it. Both tracks however still contain their trademark 'wobble' subtly blended into the background. I will definitely be playing these two for a while....Enjoy
